We offer an alternative option for our patients that do not have any dental insurance. This is a no hassle, commitment free way to receive dental care for your entire family at an affordable price.

Membership Plan Advantages:

NO yearly maximums NO waiting periods (immediate eligibility) NO one will be denied coverage

VIP Basic Membership

What’s Included:

ALL Diagnostic x-rays
Comprehensive Exam/Periodic Exams
One Emergency visit per year (includes 2 standard x-rays)
Two prophylaxis cleanings
10% OFF any treatment

VIP Perio Membership

What’s Included:

ALL Diagnostic x-rays
Comprehensive Exam/ Periodic Exams
One Emergency visit per year (includes 2 standard x-rays)
UP to Four Periodontal Maintenance cleanings
10% OFF any treatment

Plan and benefits expire 1 year after purchase date

Initial set up fee of $100.00 on all New or Expired membership plans.

Exclusions apply to CT Scan, Study Models, Upper and Lower Alginate Impressions and Chairside Night Guard these are NOT eligible for 10% discount.

If you do not renew your Membership Plan at the renewal date, then your membership plan will then be deemed as lapsed. If your membership plan lapses you will then be required to pay an additional $100.00 to renew the lapsed plan. In order to avoid the extra $100.00 fee your plan MUST be renewed at the renewal date.
